General Terms
tes71 is a trusted online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games and sports betting services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tes71 and each registered user of the platform ("Player").
These terms are written in Bengali and, where interpretation is required, the Bengali version shall be considered final. By using any part of the platform, opening an account or participating in any game, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.
tes71 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Registered players will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration
A valid personal account is required to play games at tes71. At the time of registration, each player must confirm the following:
- All information provided is true, accurate and complete.
- A person may only open one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Any changes to information must be reported to tes71 immediately.
- Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
If a player registers with false information or operates multiple accounts, tes71 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any earned bonuses or winnings.
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.
Age Verification
tes71 reserves the right to verify a player's age at any time. A national identity card, passport or government-issued photo ID may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
If a player is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Funds can be deposited at tes71 using the following methods:
- bKash — Mobile Banking
- Nagad — Digital Financial Service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.
Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method). Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.2 Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance — see Section 05 for details.
tes71 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request without reason or for the purpose of required verification. Withdrawals may be blocked entirely in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players making their first deposit at tes71 will receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000.
Bonus calculation examples:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
- ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total ৳18,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit plus bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in total wagers must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5.3 Other Bonus Terms
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will expire.
- Multiple bonuses may not apply simultaneously — each promotion has its own terms.
- tes71 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
Betting & Game Rules
All games at tes71 are conducted fairly and impartially. Every outcome is determined entirely at random through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Once a bet is placed and a game has started, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, tes71 will make the final decision — the bet may be refunded where applicable.
- tes71 is not liable for issues caused by a game provider's server, but assistance will be provided to resolve the issue.
- For sports betting, wins and losses are determined based on actual results — details on odds changes and betting rules can be found on the relevant page.
6.1 Maximum Win Limit
Certain games may have a maximum win limit. This limit will be clearly stated in the information section of each game.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Providing false or incorrect personal information.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse) — such as attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Using any software, bot or automated method to play games.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to tes71's systems or network.
- Behaving in an offensive or harassing manner towards other players or staff.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, tes71 may immediately suspend or terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by Player
You may close your tes71 account at any time — send a request to [email protected]. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account; unused bonuses will be cancelled.
8.2 Suspension or Termination by tes71
tes71 may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:
- A breach of the terms and conditions occurs.
- Age or identity verification fails.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
- Required to fulfil a legal obligation.
An attempt will be made to allow withdrawal of any legitimate balance before account termination, however immediate termination may apply in cases of serious breach of the terms.
Limitation of Liability
tes71 is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform and uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions secure. However, tes71 is not liable in the following circumstances:
- Loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
- Issues caused by a third-party game provider.
- Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
- Service disruption caused by unexpected technical issues or natural disasters.
In any circumstance, tes71's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount deposited in the transaction in question.
